Our history

Project Advisory Consulting was established in 2012 by David Townsley. David is an experienced project management professional with a 25-year track record of successfully delivering business change and IT transformation programmes within different organisations. A wide-ranging professional career with the likes of PwC, Fujitsu Services and Bass plc convinced David of the need for a focussed, pragmatic and value-for-money approach to project advisory solutions: an ethos at the heart of Project Advisory Consulting's mission.
